High school is the key to the values, world outlook formation period, in the face of thecollege entrance examination, employment pressure, and the need of psychological growth,these are used to rely on other people’s students, show their own ability and the expectedmaximum contrast to reach ideal bourn. In this case, the high school studentsself-management ability enhancement highlights the importance of it, it has become students,parents and teachers must face and solve the problem.Based on high school students and its environment as the research object, in the domesticand foreign scholars on the research of self management, on the basis of using the literatureresearch, experience summary method and observation method, discusses the strategies ofcultivating the ability of high school students self management. This paper is divided into fourparts:The introduction introduces the face of high school students, class management, andsocial demand, under the guidance of new curriculum reform direction, there is a need forhigh school students self-management skills training; Reference literature at home and abroad,summarizes the research status of self-management; Elaborated the research purpose,significance, ideas, methods and main innovation points.The first chapter reviews in the field of medical treatment, enterprise management field,education field and psychological domain of definition of self-management; Combined withthe literature at home and abroad to consolidated the self-management ability structure,divided into three kinds of nine ability; This paper expounds the theoretical basis of this study:maslow’s "hierarchy of needs theory", humanism learning theory and the theory ofmanagement by objectives.The second chapter first describes the influence of parents, teachers of high schoolstudents self-management, studied the present situation of the contemporary high schoolstudents self-management, and reveal the problems in high school management objectivereasons: High school students lack of the psychological and low level of self-regulation; Thedisadvantages of our education system, thin campus cultural atmosphere, and the lack ofteacher’s own quality; The change of family structure, parents’ education quality lack ofadverse factors, family environment; The negative impact of society. The third chapter in subjectivity, dominant, developmental, comprehensive and incentiveunder the five principles, strategies of cultivating high school students self managementability, namely: internal factors stimulate high school students, create a good externalenvironment. With the increase of the high school students the ability of self-awareness andself planning ability enhancement, the improvement of self-regulation ability and selfmotivation to strengthen four aspects; The external environment can improve our class’s andgrade’s independent management system, improve teachers’ quality, create rich campusculture, the establishment of a democratic family environment to build.Self management ability to improve the process takes a long time and enough patience,society, parents, schools and teachers’ attention, support and investment is also essential. Onlyin the social from all walks of life support and perfecting education system, students can beimproved better self management level, to achieve the purpose of the self, improve self,beyond self.
