With the development of society and the coming of the new era of education,all levels of society begin to attach importance to the cultivation of the self-management ability of rural boarding high school students,and realize the importance of the main position of students,which is conducive to the improvement of students' living ability and career planning ability,and help students gradually develop the persistent spirit and positive and responsible personality quality,and contribute to the construction of a better countryside.At the same time,it is beneficial for rural boarding high school to accumulate the experience of democratic school management,strengthen the internal governance of the school,enhance the vitality of school culture construction,and enhance the enthusiasm and quality of school running;it is also beneficial for rural families to have a self-improvement son,and is conducive to the development of rural society.A large number of active builders can take root in rural areas,build rural areas,and transform rural farmers into new ones.Peasant type.However,according to the literature review,questionnaire survey and interview survey,schools pay more attention to learning than to the cultivation of self-management awareness and ability;family sponsorship can not be replaced by letting go,and children's growth and education can not be seen from the requirements of future social development;students lack the awareness of self-growth,self-development and self-management,lack of opportunities for self-planning and practical exercise;the society pays more attention to students' self-management.My low expectation of the development of management ability,the lack of fine measures for the extensive management of students,and the inability to view their education from the aspects of modern social development,the construction of beautiful countryside and the initiative of students' main body,which is not conducive to the development of self-management ability of rural boarding high school students.In order to improve the development of self-management ability of rural boarding high school students,we need the support and cooperation from all aspects of society,school,family and high school students themselves.This paper makes an in-depth study from the following aspects:This study is divided into three parts.The first part is the introduction part,which mainly discusses the research origin,research significance,research review at home and abroad,analysis of related concepts,list the theoretical basis involved and the research design of this paper.The second part is the analysis of the problems and causes of the self-management ability training of the rural boarding high school students.Through thequestionnaire survey and interview survey to understand the problems of the development of the students' self-management ability,and analyze the causes of the problems.The third part is the countermeasures to improve the self-management ability of the rural boarding high school students,including the social environment support:make the organic connection between the rural society and the school education,let the students understand the rural production and life and the future development trend,connect the self-management,self-development and the rural social construction and development;school policy support: organize teachers and students to learn the new curriculum reform spirit To carry out the system of "selecting courses and taking classes",to open career planning courses for senior high school students and to establish a tutor system for all staff education;to actively participate in family support: parents actively participate in parent committee activities;students' self-concern: to recognize their physical and mental characteristics,improve their self-management awareness and actively participate in students' self-management activities.
