| Education is an important task of the country and an important driving force for its continuous prosperity.In the new era,to realize the modernization of education and enter the ranks of education power,basic education is the cornerstone.Cultivating the self-management ability of primary school students is one of the core objectives of basic education,which is not only directly related to the high-quality development of basic education,but also affects the realization of China’s education modernization.The low section of primary school is the key and the foundation period of students’ self-management ability.This study takes K Y Primary School as an example,explores the current situation,problems and causes of students ’self-management ability through empirical investigation,and puts forward corresponding training strategies,in order to provide some effective suggestions for cultivating students’ self-management ability in K Y Primary School.The thesis is mainly divided into the following parts:The first part first introduces the research background and clarifies the theoretical and practical significance of this study.Secondly,the theoretical basis of research is expounded;Finally,the literature on student self-management is summarized and summarized,and the research ideas and methods are clarified.In the second part,students,teachers and parents of Y primary school in Kashi City were investigated through questionnaire survey and interview method,and SPSS was used to analyze the self-management ability of students in the lower section of Y primary school.In the third part,based on the statistical analysis of the survey data of Y primary school,it is found that the self-management ability mainly has three prominent problems: strong dependence,low self-efficacy and difficult to use electronic products reasonably.In view of the problem,the analysis of the problem from the three dimensions of family,school and students.The fourth part is based on the problems and causes of Kashi City and the characteristics of the training strategies: cultivate the self-management ability;the school,improve the self-management ability and strengthen the individual self-management ability.To build the organic unity of school,family and students,and give full play to the educational joint force to improve the self-management ability of low-grade primary school students. |
