With the rapid global integration speed and blending of cultures of different countries, English has become the most widely used language in the world which is indispensable in the official affairs such as education, information and other activities. For English training institutions, how to ensure their own competitive advantage and adapt to the changes in the market demand in the huge market, is not only the necessary need to solve problems but also is reasonable basis for the development of Xi’an XDF School. It is the key problem to seek long-term development. Therefore, it is particularly necessary for Xi’an XDF School put forward the new marketing strategy in the new economic environment and competitive situation nowadays.This research chose the4P marketing theory and other related theories as the starting point. It studied the marketing status of Xi’an XDF School and established the marketing strategy by using PEST theory and marketing analysis tools. Then this paper studied the internal resource and capability of Xi’an XDF School. And the competition environment is also analyzed. On the basis of demand of English training market in Xi’an, this paper made the market segmentation and chose the target market for Xi’an XDF School. Based on these studies, the author proposed the detailed marketing strategy mainly according to4P theory. At last, this paper formulated the improved marketing strategy based on competition strategy. In order to ensure the scientific and smooth implementation of the strategy, this paper proposed the corresponding safeguard for the marketing strategy. The research of this paper has some theoretical significance and practical guiding on establishing the marketing strategy for Xi’an XDF School. At the same time,for other English training school, it also has the reference value for marketing studies.
