With the rapid development of science and technology in recent years, informationtechnology gradually entered the junior middle school language classroom, and bringsthe blackboard writing in content and form of language classroom teaching revolution.Yantai in Shandong province as the level of economic development and science andtechnology leader in the coastal developed cities, education teaching ability arerelatively high, the multimedia technology is widely used in the junior middle school inthe district of Yantai, it can be integrated text, images, audio and video information,such as show in the form of blackboard writing to students, so as to enrich theconnotation of the language classroom blackboard writing. To accurately grasp the junior middle school languageclassroom blackboard writing in the district of Yantai city under the background ofinformatization application present situation, It is necessary to take in-depthinvestigation and Analysis on a practical.So the author based on the theory of the constructivism, combined with the basic rule of junior middle school students to learn the language and the district of yantaicity’s unique political, economic and cultural background, writing this research subject,the four districts in the district of Yantai city are the five different classes of junior highschool teachers and students and some parents has carried on the questionnaire survey,they are the Xianghe middle school, the campus of third middle school in Yantai, theYongming middle school, Chongwen middle school and the second junior middleschool in Yantai development zone. On the basis of the junior middle school languageclassroom blackboard writing in the district of Yantai city is summed up fiveoutstanding problems of the application. Respectively is a traditional blackboard writingdisplay improper timing; Blackboard writing content over a lack of rationality;Blackboard writing is too rigid; Blackboard writing level is more and more low;Information utilization is low.
