With the popularization of education technology, more and more teachers apply multimedia technology to the PPT teaching. But not every class is fit for PPT slides teaching, and not using PPT slides teaching can certainly improve the quality of teaching.This paper surveyed and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of classroom blackboard writing and PPT slides teaching. and discussed the two teaching modes’ influnce in biological classroom atmosphere, the attention of students learning, the teaching effectiveness and students’ learning result through further comparative study by using two kinds presentation of teaching methods in experimental class and comparative classes aiming at providing the best presentation of classroom teaching content and optimization of integrated way.Comparative classes used PPT slides as the main teaching way and experimental classes used different combination with teaching blackboard writing and PPT slides according to the different types of knowledge in the27th middle school of Nanjing. The conclusion shows that88.89%of the students in experimental class could maintain a good atmosphere; Secondly,72.22%of the students in experimental class could concentrate in the classroom. This suggests that optimizing the blackboard writing teaching and the PPT slides teaching can significantly active classroom atmosphere、focus students’ attention, but unfavorable to keeping the students’ visual attention, and classroom blackboard writing and PPT slides presented in different ways to maintain the students’ visual attention needs to be further research. The last, the average grades point of experimental classes is40.17, significantly higher than that in comparative classes of31.13points-extremely significant difference (P<0.01).This shows that integrating blackboard writing teaching and PPT slides teaching can significantly improve the students’ academic performance.The research results indicate that:different presentation of classroom blackboard writing and PPT slides teaching can active classroom atmosphere, focus the attention of students and improve the students’ academic performance.
