Under the background of talent introduction, How to attract high-quality talent forexcellent young university teachers has become the focus of institutions of higherdevelopment.Colleges and universities to introduce talents of treatment are alsoconstantly changing. As an important factor in the development of the college physicaleducation teachers, in recent years also gradually become the main target of theintroduction of talents in colleges and universities. Unlike other disciplines, the sportsteachers mainly is shouldering the important task to improve students’ physical healthlevel, introduce talents in colleges and universities, should reflect the nature of sports.At the same time, the introduction of sports talents, whether achieve the expectedschools introduce talents, these problems, the need to give the answer on the basis ofthe deeper research.This study through the adoption of literature method, questionnaire surveymethod, interview method, mathematical statistics research methods, such as20universities in shandong province sports teachers to introduce current situation ofresearch, it is concluded that the following results:First, The current situation of recruitment of physical education teachers in Shandongprovince1. The age structure of physical education teachers in Shandong province is between25-34years old. The professional title structure is mainly composed with lecturers andteaching assistants. The former majors of physical teachers are mainly local bachelorand local graduate. The physical education teachers from the four universities ofBeijing Sport University, Shandong Sport University, Shandong normal university andshanghai sports university take up70%of all the surveyed physical teachers.2. The education background, the new recruited physical education teachers are mainlymasters and PHD, the rate is2.3:1. The education level is higher. There is nosignificant difference between985colleges and ordinary universities in undergraduatecourse of the actual introduction of PE teachers’ education background. Theintroduction policy of985college are higher than the ordinary undergraduate coursecolleges. 3. Teachers skill: the skill level of physical education teachers in Shandong is relativelynot high. The first and second class judge takes up54.41%and26.47%respectively.National and international class judges are much less. There are11.76%of thesurveyed physical education teachers without obtaining judge rating certificate. Thereare41.18%of all the surveyed physical education teachers only obtaining the skill ofbeing second grade athletes. The skills of teachers of physical education major aremuch better than the common physical education teachers.4. Scientific research: the researching level of new physical education teachersrelatively low. Most papers are published on the periodicals of provinces and nation.Only few are published on the core periodicals. The published numbers of papersincrease with the teaching age increasing. But the level is not high. There are47.06%of the surveyed physical educaton teachers with no task. The tasks are mainly on thelevel of university and city. Few are on the level of province and nation. The heavyteaching load is one of the resons.5. The recruitment of physical education teachers: the majors of many recruitedphysical education teachers are sports education and sports training. The introductionof physical education teachers are based on the needs of discipline construction andactuality of teaching.Second, The dilemma of talent introduction for physical education1. School policy factors is the greatest difficulty of college PE teachers’ talents,showing that there is high requirements of education background, no emphasis ontalent skill.2. Lack of highly qualified teachers in colleges and universities, reflects that there areunreasonable factors in the graduate cultivation mechanism.3. Mechanism for the new teacher hiring procedure, examination, supervision inshandong province is not sound, and follow-up training mechanism is not perfect.Third, strategies1. Government and schools should strengthen the importance of sports disciplines,increase the treatment of college PE teachers’ talents such as policy guarantee, andattract more talents to join the sports industry.2. Innovative ideas, broaden the talents introduction of information channels, and attract talents.3. Improve college PE teachers’ recruitment, and decrease the degree requirements,increase the weight of sports skills, to recruit talent under the premise of fairness andjustice.4. Improve the professional sports graduate level talent selection and cultivation model,reserve talents: improve teachers’ quality.5. Strengthen the inspection, supervision, strengthen of the new physical educationteachers, to encourage teachers’ self-study or academic skills training, and promoteprofessional growth.6. According to characteristics of the school, hiring talent that is suitable for thedevelopment of our school teachers, and achieve the rational allocation of teacherresources.
