With the rapid development of our economy, the increasingly fierce competition invarious fields of society, learning to work such as multiple pressures make the mankind enterthe college girl students’ emotional weight bearing age, the youth group, they as a specialintellectual group is facing the problem of learning, employment, emotional interpersonalrelationship under great pressure.Survey shows that in recent years the depression in femalecollege students is becoming more and more serious, plagued by female college students’learning life, and even affect female students. Badminton as a way of physical exercise fun,can not only enrich the female college students after school life, but also can improve theirphysical quality, cultivate sentiments, eliminate negative negative emotion, therefore thisresearch uses the badminton movement as a means of intervention for teaching experiment, toinvestigate the influence of badminton exercise on Female College Students.This study from the363female college students of Hubei Province, Yangtze Universityfrom2012to2014levels of public sports badminton elective course in Zung scale fordepression screening out60female college students with mild depression as the researchobject, and grouped into: experimental group40and control group20, experimental group12weeks,90division/times, badminton teaching intervention experiment of small and mediumstrength2times/week, reached the following experimental results:1.this study test results showed that: the depression of female college students of YangtzeUniversity is more serious, the total number of25.89%, the detection rate of depressionamong the first is the first grade,35.26%, second for the third grade, the second grade33.06%,major depression detected rate was32.68%.2.2times per week, each lasting90minutes, small and medium intensity continuous12week rule of badminton sport can improve the effective of female college students depression,in the strength of the effect.3.experimental intervention, the experimental group was depression and control group offemale college students are improved remarkably, and there is significant difference. Thecontrol group of female college students depression than the experiment before theintervention increased slightly, but the difference was not significant.4.improve the degree of depression by test of female college students between studentsand professionals have significant differences from the city, the liberal arts subjects improvedeffect is more obvious.
