| The three-level continuous frog jump belongs to the jumping category in track and field.It is mainly a track and field event that develops core strength,upper body torso strength,lower limb explosive power and physical coordination ability.The three-level continuous frog jump is one of the jumping examinations in Guangdong’s physical education middle school exam.It plays an important role in the overall physical fitness and physical development of junior high school students,and has always been valued by junior high school physical education classroom teaching.In recent years,due to the increasing dependence of junior high school students on intelligent life,students’ lack of physical exercise and reduced participation in high-quality sports activities have caused their physical fitness and physical coordination ability to decline year by year.Able to master the skills of the three-stage continuous frog leap,resulting in many students’ sub-standard frog leap performance.In view of this,in order to improve the junior high school students ’three-level continuous frog jump performance and enhance the students’ physical fitness,this research introduces the fast-stretching compound training into the three-level continuous frog-leaf teaching.The effect of the three-level continuous frog leap teaching is explored in detail.At the same time,the teaching method of the three-level continuous frog leap is innovated accordingly,and the teaching effect is strengthened,so as to find a new method of three-level continuous frog leap teaching.This article adopts research methods such as literature data method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method,mathematical statistics method and teaching experiment method.The research object is the effect of rapid expansion and compound training on junior high school students’ three-level continuous frog jump performance.From the ninth grade first and second classes of Guangzhou Eighty-ninth Middle School,50 boys were randomly selected as experimental subjects,and they were grouped into the experimental group and the control group.After 16 weeks of training,the two groups tested their special quality indicators and their third-level continuous frog leap performance,made a simple analysis of the data obtained,and summarized them.Finally,the following conclusions were given:1.After 16 weeks of regular teaching training,the scores of the four special qualities of the students in the control group were improved to a certain extentcompared with before the experiment.There were significant differences before and after the third-level continuous frog leap test(P <0.05),indicating that the regular teaching Training can improve the performance of three consecutive frog jumps.2.After 16 weeks of rapid expansion and compound training,students in the experimental group had very significant differences before and after the four special quality performance experiments(P<0.01),and there were also very significant differences before and after the three-level continuous frog jump performance experiment(P<0.01),indicating that The rapid telescoping training not only effectively improves the performance of the four special qualities,but also improves the performance of the three consecutive frog jumps.3.After 16 weeks of teaching experiments,there are very significant differences in the post-test results of the four special qualities of the experimental group and the control group,and the post-test results of the three consecutive frog jumps(P <0.01),indicating that the rapid expansion compound The training has a better effect on improving the junior high school students’ four special quality scores and the third-level continuous frog jump scores.4.After 16 weeks of teaching experiments,92% of the students are interested in the content of the rapid expansion compound training,and the remaining 8% have a general attitude,indicating that the methods and methods of the rapid expansion compound training are very diverse and effectively stimulate students’ interest in learning,Increase the fun in the three-level continuous frog jumping technology class. |
