The Research Of The College Students’ Ideological And Political Education Based On The PERMA

PERMA focuses on building a more vigorous life. Full life is a kind of ideal state of survival, which is the embodiment of individual existence and significance. It is also the golden standard and the highest goal of happiness. PERMA is positive psychology, and accepted by more and more people, because it focuses on the present reality, which directly related to people’s emotion, experience, significance, relationship and the pursuit of a successful life. In people’s constant pursuit of successful and vigorous life, They gradually formed their own positive emotions, input, significance, and achievement.College students are important social groups, they are in a critical period of life. Not only in the hope of academic success, but also eager to own meaningful life. The change of the society, the lack of life education, the influence of family, and their physical and mental development and changes, all effect their real campus life. Developing confusion or frustration will touch the hearts of their excellence. The confusion may be penetrated into learning, living, employment, emotional, interpersonal, etc.. Bad mood and negative behavior come from confusions or frustrations will reduce their understanding of positive emotions and power, learning behavior, the rational understanding of the meaning of valuable life, positive thinking, positive interpersonal relationships and positive experience of life. College students to pursue the appeals of the vigorous life reflected in the ideological and political education practice, is the PERMA’s values of education. Therefore, it is education workers’responsibility to spread PERMA’s thought to college students. How college students to get positive emotions, positive input, positive active, positive sense of achievements in daily lives is our important problem to face and solve.PERMA’s college students’ ideological and political education is based on the marxism as the basic guiding ideology. It fully on the theory of ideological and political education, absorbing the essence of the theory of positive psychology at the same time. We try to do some research and discussion on student’s PERMA education to guide and help them lead to a more meaningful life. This paper is based on college students’ emotional state in the present life, the study status, significance and relationship status to analyze various of problems of college students. Based on these problems, this paper combined with the characteristics of college students themselves to summarize and analyze the influence factors of the problems. Thus we can set up the positive emotional education, positive input education, positive life education, positive relationship education in the ideological and political education. At last to establish the PERMA education of four dimensions to serve a successful education. The new measure of achievement that students to achieve comprehensive development is: to have positive emotions, to have positive learning attitude, to have healthy relationship, to have meaningful life.
