Full-time graduate students are important component of the university personneltraining and also an important force in university science and technology innovation.Stage of postgraduate study and research is the important preparation and foundationfor students’ future social work, academic research is the essential characteristics ofstudents learning, is the essential attribute of Graduate Education, therefore, masterpostgraduate academic morality has a great impact on students’ own growth, thedevelopment of higher education and the future of a country and nation. In this paper,in order to enhance the full-time postgraduate academic morality as the main line, wedo research on the academic moral problems of full time postgraduates. The full textis divided into four parts.The first part: Introduction. This paper briefly discusses the background, thesignificance of full time postgraduates’ academic moral problems study, researchstatus at home and abroad, the research contents and methods, innovation anddeficiency of this article writing.The second part: Full-time postgraduate academic moral overview. This sectionbriefly describes the related concepts of academic morality, at the same time focus onthe explanation of full-time postgraduate study group and their characteristics, definesthe research subject, and carries on the research of academic ethics according to thelearning characteristics, and finally analyses the origin and development of academicmoral problem of graduate students.The third part: The full-time postgraduate academic moral status and causeanalysis. This part is the core of the thesis, by the questionnaire survey data as thebasis, summarizes the outstanding problems of full-time postgraduate academic moral,and explains the main reasons for the problems.The fourth part: Analysis on the path of full-time postgraduate academic moralconstruction of long-term mechanism. This part is the focus of this study, from threeaspects, such as promoting academic morality, to reach the establishment of selfmorality; strengthening the education and management of colleges and universities, tomaximize its utility; purifying academic atmosphere, to create a good atmosphere of academic ethics, to explore the main path to full-time postgraduate academic moralconstruction of long-term mechanism.
