As the reform and sustainable development of preschool education, much attention hasbeen paid to staple infant teacher’s training. All the societies has attached great importance toteacher’s professional growth, making them learn and update knowledge continuously torealize teacher’s lifelong learning and development. It has become the expectation and task topromote them to transfer theory into practice, then guide other teachers and improve theoverall quality. On training, the effectiveness is one of the most important things to checkthe training. In the process of the training, there are lots of problems. All these problems havebecome the reasons of low effectiveness. Therefore, the study of training effectivenessbecomes significant, it can promote and improve the staple infant teacher’s training.This study conclude five parts. In the first part, mainly discussed problem introduction,the relevant concepts determination and literature review; In the second part, mainlyintroduced the research approach. In the third part, this study has analyzed staple infantteacher’s training effectiveness by interview and questionnaire survey methods; The fourthpart has expounded the main factors that influencing the infant teacher’s trainingeffectiveness.In the fifth part, this study has concluded the following measures: first, the goalof training should be the same goal of staple teachers’. Second, the training content should betargeted and different from the ordinary teachers’,. Third, training form should reflect thesubject position of the staple teachers. Fourth, encouraging staple teachers to makeself-examination after training. Fifth, encouraging staple teachers to play a role of radiationafter training and enhance the training effect.This paper is a personal study on staple infant teacher’s effectiveness research, becauseof my limited academic level, this paper still has many shortcomings. I hope that the researchoutput can be helpful for improving the staple infant teacher’s training effectiveness, andprovide reference for teacher’s training.
