Investigation And Research On The Current Situation Of Chongqing Infant Baskeball Training Market

Yao Ming,a member of the CPPCC National Committee,wrote in the proposal of the two sessions of the National People's Political Consultative Conference in 2013 that the significance of sports is not only to improve children's physical quality,but also to be an educational means,which has a far-reaching impact on the shaping and cultivation of people's moral character and personality.Children's basketball is not only a sport,but also an art.It can provide physical exercise for children in their growth stage,and promote their personality development,so as to form good qualities such as unity,cooperation and brave struggle.Children's basketball is a kind of whole-body sport.Teachers should design basketball activities and basketball environment suitable for children's physical fitness and height ratio according to their age characteristics and development needs.Teachers should,on the premise of gaining parents' understanding and support,arouse children's interest in basketball with rich and colorful basketball games,and reasonably formulate scientific and appropriate basketball skills,age development goals and implementation means according to children's age characteristics,so as to promote children's comprehensive development of cognition,personality and body,and improve children's ability to adapt to society.In this paper,the development status of five infant basketball training institutions in Chongqing is taken as the research object.The participants,parents,coaches and managers of Chongqing infant basketball training machine are taken as the research objects.The methods of documentation,questionnaire,interview,field investigation,mathematical statistics and logical analysis are adopted.Through the characteristic courses of training clubs,human resources are analyzed.The price of training,the quality of training,the way of propaganda,the content of training and other aspects of in-depth investigation,and analysis of children's basketball training institutions in the development of problems encountered.And put forward countermeasures and suggestions.The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)Chongqing's infant basketball training institutions have bright prospects.The infant basketball training has gradually been accepted by kindergartens and parents.More and more infant sports training institutions have sprung up.(2)Men are the main coaches;coaches' academic qualifications and professional titles need to be improved,and coaches' professional qualifications are coaches.In the main force,a large number of coaches do not have coach certificates;most coaches have not participated in training workers;part-time coaches are the main part of the training,and coaches mainly come from colleges and universities of sports or teachers' colleges.(3)As an excellent coach,patience,love and responsibility,communication ability with children and understanding their psychological and physiological characteristics are the most important qualities.(4)The main motivation for parents to support their children's participation in training is to exercise,satisfy their hobbies and cultivate them.Good quality;parents' access to training institutions is mainly through parents' introduction and field visits to participate in the trial courses;parents' choice of a training course for their children first considers the professional level of coaches,secondly,the level of training institutions' fees,and thirdly,the convenience of training sites.(5)There is no unified standard for the fees and hours of training institutions.Some institutions use sub-cards,half-year cards and annual cards.Training institutions have little difference in the training content of the project,mainly to cultivate children's interest,and the training content is the most basic technology.(6)As a training institution,how to establish its own brand in the pre-school children's sports training market?Firstly,product innovation should be carried out,and corresponding courses should be developed according to the concept and knowledge of early education and the combination of these concepts,knowledge and sports technology;secondly,propaganda should be carried out by means of network promotion,word-of-mouth propaganda and organizing children's competitions;thirdly,coaches should be trained not only in technology,but also in psychology and physiology of children.Work: Training institutions can combine with kindergartens and set up interest classes to carry out sports training.
