Research On Effectiveness Of Primary And Secondary School Teachers Centralized Training

In order to promote the improvement of the quality of teachers,the Ministry of Education to develop a teacher training program at the same time each province based on the current teacher training teachers in the province. To find the impact of training effectiveness, to provide a reference for future teacher training and learn from.Firstly on the basis of literature data to understand the theory of training effectiveness evaluation.
