In order to promote the improvement of the quality of teachers,the Ministry of Education to develop a teacher training program at the same time each province based on the current teacher training teachers in the province. But how to ensure the effectiveness of teacher training is an important concern for the education and training sector and to participate in the training of teachers, as well as people from all walks of life are concerned about the development of education. In this paper, according to the author in2012the province teachers focus on training practices and experiences, the2012the province teachers focus on training effectiveness. To find the impact of training effectiveness, to provide a reference for future teacher training and learn from.Firstly on the basis of literature data to understand the theory of training effectiveness evaluation. Then practice according to their participation in the2012province teachers to focus on training and trainees interviews and surveys, based on the analysis of the the reference province of the effectiveness of training evaluation form, the development of the evaluation dimensions of this study. According to Kirkpatrick," a four-level model of training evaluation, mainly from the reaction layer to design the questionnaire and interview outline, to investigate the trainees to understand the reaction and post-harvest training after the end of the training students and teachers of primary and secondary schools of the province focus on training effectiveness research. In this study, a total picture of overall satisfaction with training participants focused on this primary and secondary school teachers training effectiveness;Secondly, from the different dimensions (including training training content, teacher training, training, training management, training time) on the trainees investigation in order to understand the effectiveness of intensive training for the primary and secondary school teachers; then, the results of the data collected and interviews to analyze the factors that influence the effectiveness of the training; Finally, the corresponding ensure that the training effectiveness of the corresponding strategy.
