Class management in vocational schools have become a problem in vocational education.Accurately understanding the meaning and essence of class management, establishing a"student-centered" classroom management mechanism are the key to the success of theconstruction of class in vocational schools. In order to optimize the classroom environment,we need to establish a harmonious relationship between teachers and classmates, develop areasonable class rules, create a good learning atmosphere of competition. Analysis of thecurrent situation in the classroom environment to optimize secondary vocational schools,explore the problems in the process of class management. Introducing the new concept ofgood governance into class management in vocational schools is important to improve theclassroom environment. In the paper, Shaanxi Automobile mechanic school as an example.We conduct interviews about staff of students and classroom teachers through three classesquestionnaire. Reviewing foreign journal literature, combining observation, interviews, caseanalysis and the actual situation of secondary vocational schools. Analyze the schoolenvironment factors, teachers and students factors that impacts class environment. Learnedthat there are problems in vocational schools classroom environment. School pays payattention to enrollment, but contempt connotation construction. Pays pay attention toemployment, but contempt teaching quality. The system of student management work of theDepartment and class management system are imperfect. The way managing class isunreasonable. Teaching model is too simple. The inferiority of students is highlight and thesocial adaptation is weak. The students is lack of learning ability and rebellious serious. Thephysiological and psychological of students is contrasted. The students herd other person incommunicative action. Clarify the importance of the working class environmental governancefurther.Now,"people-oriented, harmonious management" philosophy of education is popular.The paper focuses on the ten factors of theory of good governance into individualcognitive(responsibility, honesty, participation, in response to the rule of law) and system specification(lawful, fair, transparent, effective, stable). Introduce them into the classroommanagement process and achieve the overall goal of optimizing the class environment.Explore ways and means of good governance of class management in the factor of schools,teachers, students. The ways and means are reform and good governance of school model,effective professional quality of education platform, rationalization of the system of studentmanagement work of the Department and teacher management system, transparency ofschool special funds management, good governance of class work, effective of teachers’moral education, rationalization of student’ self-assessment and career orientation, theresponsibility of improving academic self-efficacy, reasonable responses of relationships.That has advantages to the construction of vocational classes, healthy growth, shaping andsocial adaptation skills of vocational students.
