| Jumpers are the most common means of scoring in basketball games.In the ever-changing basketball game,there will be in situ or running,as well as sudden stop jump shots,and the basketball court according to different jump ways to create points or interfere with the score of the other side,to achieve the technical and tactical task,so that the balance of victory is more inclined to their own side.At the present stage,the theoretical foundation of functional strength training is relatively sound,emphasizing the emphasis on the force mode and integrity of movements,and can effectively reduce sports injuries.At present,the skills and tactics and physical training of college basketball are relatively sound,which makes the college basketball culture develop rapidly in recent years.However,there are relatively few studies on the special functional strength training represented by college men’s jump shot shooting rate and jumping ability.In this paper,functional strength training of college basketball team jump percentage and bounce quality experimental research as the research object,select Jilin university men’s basketball team 18 basketball players as the experimental object,and with functional strength training as the independent variable,jump percentage and special bounce quality as the dependent variable.The athletes were tested for 8 weeks by means of literature,mathematical statistics,expert interview and experiment.The results were analyzed and discussed as follows:1.In terms of the percentage of jump shot,the experimental group had significant differences in the three indexes of fixed point jump shot,one-minute timed jump shot and emergency stop jump shot before and after the experiment.2.It was found that there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the percentage of jump shots,but there was significant difference in the percentage of one-minute shot and emergency stop shot before and after the experiment.In terms of bouncing quality,there were significant differences in the height of two-handed longitudinal jump in run-up and ten consecutive vertical jump in place,but there was no significant difference in vertical jump in place,one-legged longitudinal jump in one-handed longitudinal jump and standing long jump.There was no significant difference in trunk stability between the experimental group and the control group in all test items.3.In general,functional strength training has significant influence on the jump percentage rate and bounce quality of college male basketball players.However,functional strength training can only be used as an intermediary variable,which can only improve the movement mode and strength of athletes.Moreover,functional strength training should be used as an auxiliary role,and the main purpose is to prevent sports injury,and can not replace the effect of traditional strength training.Suggestions are as follows:(1)During the training of men’s basketball teams in colleges and universities,according to the characteristics of athletes design targeted functional strength training plan,improve the practice effect of functional strength training(2)do the traditional strength training and reasonable distribution of functional strength training,give priority to with traditional strength training,functional strength training is complementary,combined with each other,make athletes get better special skills and special physical quality. |
