The purpose of this study is based on the theory of planned behavior(TPB) as the theoretical basis, investigating the attitude of exercise highschool students. Provide a theoretical support to exercise behavior of highschool students. As well as reasonable arrangements for class and teachersto inspire students to provide a theoretical basis for a positive attitude.Based on the above aim of the present study makes the followinghypothesis:hypothesis1: TPB all of sociological variables can effectively predicthigh school exercise intentions and exercise behavior, and PBC variablesignificantly predicted exercise behavior.hypothesis2: TPB all of sociological variables and there are genderdifferences in exercise behavior and grades.Using the psychological test method,326high school students (male=175, age=17.24±.947) participated the psychological testing includingBehavioral Intention of PA,(α=.817), Attitude toward Physical Activity,(α=.893), Subjective Norms of PA,(α=.813), Perceived Behavioral Controlof PA,(α=.797), and PA Behavior Questionnaire. Relation between allvariables was tested through building structural equation model. The main results of this study are: on the TPB model test shows, χ2/df =3.5<5, CFI>0.9, TLI>0.9, RMSEA <0.08, the indicators have reachedthe requirement that the model fit the data better. Theory of PlannedBehavior attitude, subjective norms and behavioral control supervisor sensecan better predict behavioral intention explanatory power of35%, but bythe combined effects of the variables, the explanatory power of behavior islow, only6%. The results partially supported the hypothesis1.Participants in the study conducted by multi-group analysis found:gender as independent variables, the boys’ behavioral intention wassignificantly higher than girls; boys attitude was significantly better thangirls; boys and girls score subjective norm scores were not significantlydifferences; subjective sense of control behavior boys score significantlyhigher than girls; boys exercise behavior score was significantly higherthan girls, show there are more boys than girls exercise behavior. Withgrades as independent variables, the high school, High School and MiddleSchool on exercise behavior intentions are consistent; however high andsenior high school students an attitude is inconsistent between workouts, exercise attitudes of high school students were significantly higher than thethird year students to actively; Middle School students’ subjective sense ofbehavior control was significantly lower than the high one of the students, high school and sophomore students subjective sense of controlsignificantly different, but sophomore and hypertrigly ceridemia was nosignificant difference; high a sophomore student time relative to highschool students, still relatively large, and therefore, exercise behavior is greater. The conclusions of the study are:(1)TPB various sociological variables can effectively predict high schoolexercise intentions, but predicted lower exercise behavior, PBC variablessignificantly predicted exercise behavior.(2)On the TPB model to the various variables, Shouguang City highschool students in the sample there is much difference between groups, specifically as follows:①boys exercise behavior and attitude, subjectivesense of control behavior, exercise intentions and exercise behavior wassignificantly higher than girls.②high-grade exercise attitudes, subjectivesense of control behavior and exercise behavior was significantly higherthan grade three; high grade subjective sense of behavioral control wassignificantly higher than the sophomore year; sophomore year of exercisebehavior was significantly higher than grade three.③Whether orbetween the sexes between the grades, subjective norm there is nodifference.Limitation of this study and suggestions: Since this study focuses onthe application, so this study is only right TPB model of repetitive testing, and not on the basis of previous psychological factors influence behaviorfor further examination. Second, because this study during the study timeconstraints, not enough TPB model based on individual intervention offield experiments. Therefore, this study suggests that in future studies, theTPB model, based on the psychology seek more meaningful exercise behavior variables to raise awareness of the explanatory power andpredictive power; follow-up studies of experimental intervention should beadded at the time dimension more clearly see the trajectory of eachvariable.
