Survey And Analysis Of Application Of Mode Rn Educational Technology By Teachers Of Human Movement Science In Sports Colleges

Based on taking the application of modern educational technology by teachers of Human Movement Science in sports colleges,this research focuses on teachers' use of modern educational technologies and explores the factors influencing so as to promote the application of modern educational technologies in the course of Human Movement Science and provide reference for improving teaching mode.By means of document literature,domestic and overseas researches about development of modern educational technology and application of modern educational technology by teachers of Human Movement Science are collected extensively.The construction of online teaching platform and online teaching resources of Human Movement Science are searched from 14 sports colleges through online survey.Meanwhile,on the basis of preliminarily understanding teaching situation of teachers' use of modern educational technology,the research contents are determined by consulting relevant exports and professors.Through the questionnaire survey,teaching situation of teachers' use of modern educational technology in sports colleges were understood;meanwhile,the statistical software was applied to process the survey results and the induction as well as deduction methods were adopted for analysis,the results,conclusions and recommendations of the study are as follows:Results:(1)With respect to the cognition and attitude toward modern educational technology,teachers of Human Movement Science in nationwide sports colleges believe that the necessary of modern educational technology is obviously higher than the degree of understanding modern educational thought,followed by the interest degree in modern educational technology.(2)100% of teachers of Human Movement Science in nationwide sports colleges apply modern educational technology during teaching.Usually,they adopt PowerPoint courseware making and conventional teaching media,while seldom of other modern educational technology are used.Meanwhile,there are difference among teachers with different qualifications and professional titles in their frequency and proficiency in using modern educational technology(P<0.05).(3)The frequency of applying modern educational technology by female teachers is higher than that of male teachers;the higher the teachers' qualifications,the more frequent and proficient they are in using modern educational technology.The application frequency and proficiency of some modern educational technology are related to professional titles,which means the higher the professional titles,the more proficiency and frequency will be.(4)Teachers think that modern educational technology play certain role in promoting the teaching effect in all dimensions,among which the effect is the best in presenting teaching contents.(5)The effect of influencing factors in different dimension on teachers 'application of modern educational technology is medium or above,of which the effect of hardware and software is the highest.Conclusions:(1)Teachers of Human Movement Science in nationwide sports colleges are interested in applying modern educational technology to teaching.They have realized the necessity of using modern educational technology with applying them in teaching universally.However,there are still some problems,such as low understanding degree of modern educational technologies,theories and methods,along with single application of modern educational technology.(2)Teachers with higher educational degree and longer working experience tend to apply modern educational technologies more frequently and proficiently.But the hardware and software in university generated great influence on teachers 'application of modern educational technology.(3)Teachers of Human Movement Science in nationwide sports colleges consider that modern educational technology greatly contribute to promoting teaching effect with better result in presenting teaching contents.Suggestions:(1)Hardware and software are the guarantee for teachers' application of modern educational technology,so universities shall raise funds,purchase corresponding modern educational technology devices and software,provide guarantee for the development of modern educational technology.(2)Universities shall positively organize the training of modern educational technology to promote teachers' understanding degree of modern education theoretical methods and enhance teachers' skill of utilizing modern educational technology.(3)Universities shall introduce teachers of Human Movement Science with higher educational degree and professional titles to improve the teaching effect ofHuman Movement Science.
