Research On College-enterprise Cooperation Mechanism Of Guangdong Institute Of Science And Technology

Developing the college-enterprise cooperation is the objective requirement of economic developmentand higher vocational education in our country, under the guidance of the related policies and the greatimportance our nation attached，college-enterprise cooperation of Guangdong Institution of Science andTechnology is booming, but how to solve the problems arising from the cooperation and optimize thecollege-enterprise cooperation mechanism further is urgently needed to study. This is also the key issues todevelop it sustainable and effectively.For the purpose of the study, this article firstly analyzes some related theories on the basis of existingresearch results at home and abroad and the human capital theory, transaction cost theory, system theory,education production combining theory, then to present situation and the process of college-enterprisecooperation operation in Guangdong Institution of Science and Technology. Thirdly, make some commentson its performance evaluation, then put forward the problem in the cooperation and analyze the causes.Finally， discusses the optimized countermeasures.Through above research this paper mainly forms the following conclusion, such as lack of legal andinstitutional guarantee, organizational function is imperfect, enterprise participation enthusiasm is not high,double qualified construction needs to be strengthened, fund of mechanism construction is short, and thegovernment responsibility is not perfect. Why these exist are state and the market-oriented need to beimproved, funds investment have to put into. Ideas of enterprise, school, and teachers have not been acomplete transformation.This paper puts forward the following countermeasures, to consummate the mechanism constructionand organization function mechanism, improve the enthusiasm of enterprises, to set up the double-qualifiedsystem, constantly improve the level of teachers’ scientific research ability and education, to strengthen thegovernment responsibility. In these ways can we make the cooperation mechanism efficiently and enhancethe core competitiveness of college-enterprise cooperation and safeguard deep college-enterprisecooperation.
