Employment issue has always been a matter of great concern to society.With the continuous expansion of the scale of graduate enrollment and the continuous improvement of the demand level of education,the rapid development of graduate education in China,the number of graduates is also a sharp increase in graduate employment market has been a huge impact.And as the main force of the graduate team,female graduate employment problem has become increasingly prominent.As a result of history,age,reality and other factors,"highly educated" did not give female graduate students bring considerable employment prospects,career choice in the disadvantaged status of the phenomenon is increasingly prominent.Female graduate students are women in the group of high level of knowledge,comprehensive quality of strong representatives,due to their own characteristics and gender discrimination and other reasons leading to the smooth employment,for its own,hindered its realization of the value of life;for enterprises,is bad for the effective allocation of human resources;for the whole society,the delay in the process of gender equality and social harmony.Therefore,we must attach great importance to and deeply analyze the factors influencing the employment of female graduate students,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the existing employment problems,and advocate the efforts of the whole society,especially the female graduate students themselves,the government,the media and universities,Employment pressure,to achieve the purpose of promoting female graduate employment.This paper combines the two kinds of research methods,such as questionnaire survey and interview method,to combine the empirical analysis of the employment status of two colleges graduate students of Liaoning Province,and the typical interviews of different groups in order to explore the objective problems of female graduate students in employment,A comprehensive analysis of the factors affecting the employment of female graduate students,for the successful employment of female graduate students to provide countermeasures to enrich the field of research.The full text consists of four parts:The first part:This section mainly introduces the research background and research significance,theoretical basis,research design,and combs the relevant research from abroad and domestic area.The second part:this part mainly introduces the analysis of the status quo of the employment status of two colleges graduate students of Liaoning Province.This paper aims to understand the general employment characteristics of the female graduate students' groups and explore the regular cognition in the employment of female graduate students from the perspective of gender perspective,the gender factors of employment and the employment process of male and female graduate students.Research provides the greatest degree of reliability and validity.The third part:combined with the contents of the interview,in-depth analysis of female graduate students employment factors:the traditional social gender culture shackles the good job for their own employment planning,lay the foundation for improving the quality of employment.At the same time,the discussion of the employment problem of female graduate students needs to consider various factors.It is a complicated system engineering.Because of the limitations of subjective and objective conditions such as their own ability and research time,this article conducted an empirical study only on two colleges graduate students of Liaoning Province,to some extent affected the research results of the representation and promotion,So the adequacy of the research data
