Whether female students can be obtain a job smoothly elated to school effectiveness and social reputation of the universities, and also related to social harmony and family harmony. Countries develop female college students need to spend a lot of cost and effort, female college students also hope to learn something, but the severe employment situation, let them find jobs for no opportunities.In recent years, the employment rate of female students has been lower than male students, it aroused the concern of the community. Female students have full hope of the future work, but they encounter difficulties in the job search process. The following aspects will be analyzed in the articles:intentions and expectations in career employment process and results between boys and girls. the employment of different qualifications female students.1also explain the reason of what happened in female students employment process from these aspects.social level, family level, school level, individual level. By the impact of traditional fault and the lactation period of female fertility to labor time, female students are shut out by the enterprise frequently.Enterprises want to seek maximum benefits, but always want to minimize the cost, a lot of hidden obstacles be set for female college students’employment threshold. The policy of female students employment security which given by society is not perfect. It also limited by school cultivating mode, the female students’professional counterparts rate is less than male college students. Employment of college graduates "Asymmetric information". It lead to the employer not hire, the graduates can not find work. Female students also have their own conditions. If they encounter difficulties. They have poor heart affordability. In recent years a large part of girls choose to continue to graduate in order to postpone employment. female students’ postgraduate ratio is higher than boys, it caused "over-expanded education" to a certain extent, there is no help to their work. it may appear a lot of female students t "win the test, lose at the starting line.To solve these problems, the author propose four solutions:Firstly, the company’s support. Support policies which proposed by the state. Secondly, the social responsibility. Correct the traditional concept, and refine the various policies and regulations. Thirdly, as colleges and universities. Restructuring, reform and innovation. Finally, personal response. Correct career mentality, and optimize the psychological quality.
