The Research On The Education Function Of University Logistics Service In The New Era

The main task of the universities is training all-round development builders andsuccessors of socialism with Chinese characteristics, logistic education work is one importantpart of the universities to achieve the goal of educating students. The main duties of theUniversity Logistics is providing protection for the teaching, research and student life, It is aindispensable department for university stability、reform and development. Along with socialprogress and economic development, the Ministry of Education has put forward a decisionabout “three services, two educating ", make it clear that logistical work has dual nature of theservice and educating function. Through the social reform of the University Logistics in thenew era, university logistics department not only should enhance its strength and serve thestudents and teachers better, but also uphold the fundamental purpose of the universityeducation.This thesis is illustrated by the example of Nanjing University of Technology, and makedeep study and discussion about education function of university logistics sevice in the newera. Firstly, this thesis collect and review the the theory and practice about the logistics serviceeducation at home and abroad, and fully learn the results of previous studies,then determinethe ideas and methods of this research on the basis of it. Then the thesis makes a theoreticalanalysis of University Logistics service education work, and discusses the necessity、six waysto realize the logistics service educational work and the main target of the University Logisticsservice education. After intensive survey of the logistics work of Nanjing University of Technology, Thisthesis analyzes the current situation of the logistics work and its service education work,andpresent the main reason of the problem,including that the logistics socialization reform is notyet mature and perfect, lack of understanding about logistics service education, poorconditions in actual operation and the low quality of logistics staff.Finally, through the deep analysis about the logistics service education of NanjingUniversity of Technology, The thesis puts forward specific measures to strengthen universitylogistics services education, namely: strengthening scientific decision-making, and furtherpromoting the reform of logistics socialization reform; promoting quality service project, andstrengthening logistics service education target; strengthening logistics service teamconstruction, and raising service education consciousness; making full use of logisticsresource, and guiding the students to participate in the logistics work.
