With the development of social economy, higher education in our country also had great development,and the higher vocational education is an important component of higher education in China, it plays animportant role for our country’s social and economic development. Although our country’s higher educationhas obtained certain achievements, but also there is a big problem, and the teacher is one of the mainproblems. To promote the management level of higher vocational colleges in our country, there is an onlyway to strengthen the management of teachers’ abilities. In today’s higher vocational colleges, the "doubletitle" teachers have obtaining the very big development. In order to solve the "double title" teachersmanagement problems better, and to improve core competitive ability of management of higher vocationalcolleges, it is necessary to strengthen their performance appraisal. For these reasons, it can promotevocational college teachers’ teaching quality and teaching level and to achieve strategic target of highervocational colleges.This article focuses on the research of performance appraisal of Anhui Finance&Trade vocationalcollege, It wishes to according to face on the problems of the performance appraisal in this college, we cananalyze the flaws of the performance appraisal system of "double teacher title" of higher vocational collegesin our country now, and make it better. This article mainly uses the literature research and inductive analysismethod. The way using the internet and library retrieval, and reading, sorting, to analysis about the "doubletitle" teachers in higher vocational colleges both at home and abroad performance reviews of books andliterature. According to asking questions and analyzing problems-validation theory come to the conclusion, through bold assumption, and caution certificate, and select the appropriate steps for data collection,investigation, evaluation, analysis, connect the summarizes on the paper, to the surveys and literatureresearch. Find out the problems existing in the higher vocational college teachers’ performance appraisal,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures on these problems.Compared with previous studies in this paper, there are three aspects of innovation. Firstly, connect thetheory with the practice. In this paper, the related theory of performance evaluation are analyzed. Combinedwith the specific reasons on performance appraisal.it can make more easy to be understood. And it also putsforward a new performance appraisal system. Secondly, it used the method of key indicators of highervocational college "double title" and analyze it again to make it reasonable. Thirdly, improved the pastproblems of the performance appraisal of middle school students’ evaluation of disadvantage. The Fuzzyevaluation method is used to improve the teaching evaluation of the effect.A lot of practice is used in the study, It design a set of assessment of higher vocational college "doubletitle" teachers questionnaire key indicators. A total of420questionnaires are distributed, and had effectiverecovery of315.Through a series of statistical analysis, some significant results are obtained. Hope toprovide some basis for later studies.
