Developing information technology education, enhance the education of information accomplishment, has become a personal survival and the need for national development. Facing the trend of development, all the countries in the world are different level land to strengthen the information technology education in primary and secondary importance. Because of the traditional teaching methods can not adapt to the new curriculum ideas, many educators are trying to change the information technology teaching method, very long in the past period of time, we take the information technology applied in the teaching process in the presence of a deviation, is take the information technology as a demonstration tool, focus too much on simple things presentation and knowledge representation, and failed to give full play to the information technology advantage of digitization, neglecting the effective integration of information technology and curriculum.Based on the relevant literature retrieval network teaching platform, found in other disciplines use is more common, but in the use of information technology class is relatively less, because the information technology class itself use the tools are the network and computer, very few people in the information technology class use specialized network teaching platform, most or by simple teaching control software to carry out the information technology teaching.This paper from China’s current primary and middle school information technology education background, combined with the information technology in the classroom teaching of situation and our school of information education in favorable conditions, the network teaching platform is applied in information technology classroom teaching, summarized through teaching practice in classroom teaching of information technology is introduced in the network teaching platform with advantage, as well as on teacher’s role change of the learning mode of students, the change of the means of teaching evaluation.Network teaching platform development for information technology classroom teaching and learning of the services provided, in order to solve practical problems for the purpose of classroom teaching. This study also from the specific teaching design of network based teaching platform information technology classroom teaching, based on the network teaching platform of information technology classroom teaching design theory, principles and steps, and tries to put forward a practical and operable class teaching design process model, which is a can operational practice of teaching design process model, to help teachers master the teaching design process and methods. From the angle of action research illustrate the application of the network teaching platform of information technology classroom teaching advantages.
