Moral education in primary school is one of important curriculums of basic education and also a critical part of school moral education. Many habits of students in primary school are cultivated in lower grade,Morality and Life is a curriculum mady by Ministry of Education for the students of Grade One and Grade Two in primary school. The effective implementation of it has a fundamental significance for man and the society. However, the advance of Morality and Life is not easy. A lot of experts and scholars have done many researches over it and made great achievements, but still, problems existed.This paper analyzes the status of implementation of Morality and Life in part of primary school of Putian City, explains why it cannot be further advanced and also puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures.To ensure the effective implementation of Morality and Life, we should make great efforts in the following aspects.First, it’s an important prerequisite for success in advance of Morality and Life to enhance its status;Second, to pay more attention to teachers’ professional development is a significant supportive to the implementation of this curriculum.Third,The incorporation of compiling and use of teaching material is an important base to its implementation.Fourth, open, communicative and lively teaching methods are critical to its implementation.Fifth, the various ways of evaluation is a significant guarantee for its implementation.
