National coach is the highest level in China, the director of the training process, the dominant factor to determine the effect of training, and also the central link connecting the various factors in winning. To investigate the present situation of the national coaches’job training courses, to find the problems of job training courses and the overall quality of coach, clear the target of national coach courses, analyze the structure of knowledge and ability, try to build the module of job training courses, the purpose is to make great improvement of quality of national coaches job training, to improve the overall quality of Chinese coach and the ability of coaching.Using literature, questionnaire, expert interview, mathematical statistics, conference seminars hair and logical analysis, the research abject are the four years’courses of nantinal coaches’job training,to investigate200natinal coaches,to analyze the situation, the conclusion is:(1)National Coaches Training curriculum development, in content or in theory courses mainly accounted for the proportion of relatively little practical classes, the larger the gap between it and the content of the developed world coaches training. And can be set in terms of the theory of special training topics, accounted for half of the total amount of hours is not conducive to enhance the overall comprehensive capacity coaches.(2)National Coaches training curriculum, the mode is set in the curriculum adopted or in class teaching system mainly in the form of teaching and the organization of on-site seminars, supplemented by teaching mode, no connection to the actual training of coaches which went missing link coaches involved in causing the enthusiasm of the coaches have not been fully mobilized, the coaches do not play the main role. (3)National Coaches Training curriculum development, course assessment on the overall system is not perfect, there is no objective scoring criteria, and also the lack of practical exams. Lack of assessment monitoring system, easy to assess a mere formality, curriculum research is not enough system, the lack of prospective, practicality is not strong.(4)knowledge structure of the national coaches, the proportion of expertise over the years are relatively high, and the proportion of professional knowledge and knowledge is also increased year by year, indicating that more emphasis on their national coaches expertise, and on this basis, but also focus on the reasonableness of their own knowledge structure, it gradually becomes balanced, so that the three parts of each other to form a harmonious development of the best knowledge structure. The key to the development of knowledge in three areas of knowledge of specific aspects of skills training knowledge, knowledge of specific technical and tactical training and special training programs, occupies an extremely important position in the national coaches of the knowledge structure, it is sufficient to show excellent sports talents cultivation.(5)the ability of national coaches architecture, the special training capacity is the highest proportion of fully reflects the special training is the core capabilities of national coaches, is the Founding of fundamental national coaches, and spot command ability and innovation ability is also a great proportion. With the development of the national coaches of their own social management capabilities, research capabilities and ability to cooperate raised higher requirements, the ability to make architecture more reasonable balance.(6)to build a system of national coaches job training courses.
