"Native music" refers to the music with specific endemicity formed in one certain region, and is a appellation to certain territorial music. It’s just like the dialect we use in our daily routine, and is the specific musical terminology in certain area. With the rapid development of our national multi-cultures, for music course teaching in middle schools, how to exert local education and teaching functions of musci, can not only benefit to cultivate students’belonging sense to the tradition musical culture, but also have important era significance to develop and expand our national excellent traditional cultures and structure music course system that accords with modern educational concepts.This thesis centers on the background of "native music", and combines research results in this filed of both home and abroad scholars, so as to study and discuss the development and utilization problems of music curriculum resources in middle school. In the elaboration of this thesis, first of all, it overviews the overall situation of these studies, and integrates research situation of music curriculum resources development and utilization in both home and abroad; secondly, it has an in-depth exploration focusing on the development and utilization problems of music localization resources in middle school period. At this elaboration level, it mainly expounds the necessity and feasibility of local music resources in the development and utilization of music curriculum resources in middle school. Meanwhile, this thesis applies study methods such as literature research and questionnaire survey combined with the application of local music resources in Bayannur City, Inner Mongolia in middle school music course teaching, in order to conduct empirical research, providing sufficient reference for the practice of native music resources in middle school music class teaching; at last, centering on above study results, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for practice of middle school music class teaching in middle school music teaching, accomplishing helpful research work for realistic guiding significance of deepening subject studies.To sum up, this paper made research on development and utilization of native music resources in music teaching during high school period:first, make teaching practice in order to further push forward high school music curriculum reform; second, to promote students’musical level and lead them to find aesthetic characteristics of music; third, to develop some local music resources and make efforts for protecting and inheriting excellent music culture.Generally speaking, through the discussion on native musical development problem in high school music curriculum resources, it not only has important academic theory value on enriching teaching theory, but also has important practical significance no matter for optimization of middle school music curriculum resources integration or establishment of music curriculum system under modern education concept.
