Dual Embeddedness:How Does The Social Work Agency Enter Into The Industrial Parks?

At present, most Social Work Organizations are providing services within the scope of traditional communities, while there is not so much agency stationed in the Industrial Parks, and the study about it is much less. With the rapid development of social economy,many social problems and social service needs confronted by Industrial Parks,enterprises and employees, can not be solved easily by traditional methods of work, so the intervention of professional social work is much-needed. Therefore, the core of the research subject is"How does the Social Work Agency enter into the Industrial Parks". This study can help promote further development of professional social work in the Industrial Park.This paper studied the process of a Social Work Agency entering the Industrial Parks. With the embeddedness theory as a guide,this thesis used participant observations and interviews to conduct the survey. This research interviewed11objects, including institutional promoters, managers and front-line social workers (a total of five people) and institutional stakeholders (6people). The Social Work Agency is run by university teachers and built in cooperation with The Administrative committee of the Industrial Parks. The research found that the reason why agency could enter into the Industrial Parks is that it is the dual result of professional embeddedness and relational embeddedness. Behind this is a common effect of professional capital and interpersonal relationship capital. In short, The Social Work Agency run by university teachers or established by means of human relationship are transitional phenomena of present social work development. In order to promote a better development of social work in Industrial Parks, the thesis proposed that the government and the park should increase efforts to support corporate social work, and the enterprise social work program should be brought into the public social service system; In the practical level, Social Work Agency should strengthen their capacity, and promote the professional development and social recognition based on evidence.
