The problem of too large Income gap has been not only a hot area in the research of Sociology, but also one of the hottest topics in the economic. This paper from the point of intergenerational equity, modeling based on the micro-data of "China Health And Retirement Longitudinal Study" in2008and2012, and measure the different Intergenerational Income mobility when only consider family economic status and take family background, social background, personal characteristics and labor migration into account at the same time. We find that when we only consider the effect of parents’ socioeconomics status to children income, the parents’ income, financial assets, house squares and homestead squares all have remarkable effects on children’s income. And these effects various in different ages and provinces. We also find that intergenerational income mobility in Zhejiang province is larger than that in Gansu province. When take family background, social background, personal characteristics and labor migration into account at the same time, the effect of family economic status on children’s income has been weaken. In the factors of social background, the children’s and parents’ registered permanent residence have outstanding effects on children’s income, and the parents’ habitat type has no remarkable effect on children’s income. In all facts of personal characters, children’s income is most influenced by one’s level of education. Sex and marriage are not remarkable to effect one’s income. The affect by Labor migration is remarkable among people less than40years old. And promoting labor migration is a good way to increase social mobility. As education level largely influence the intergenerational mobility, we statistics the percentage of people with Junior middle school education, high school level, and university in Zhejiang province and Gansu province. And take models to analysis how family background, social background and personal characteristics influence the availability of education. This research indicate that the percentage of people with high education level in our county is less than that in many advanced countries. In so many variables, parents’education level, children’s registered permanent residence, age and sex have the most intimate relationship with children’s education level. The higher level of parents’education, the greater the chance for children to get high education. But the effect of children’s registered permanent residence and parents’ registered permanent residence has great difference. Parents’ agriculture accounts aren’t beneficial to the access of junior middle school education in Gansu, but it benefits the availability of high education in Zhejiang. And find that people with agriculture accounts has lower education level. Man has more advantages to own high education than female. And with the development of society and the spread of education, the later people were born, the greater the chance to get higher education. It is more obvious in Zhejiang. In Zhejiang the children which parents’ living places are not in country have more chance to get high education. But for Gansu province, parents’living place only works in Junior high.Aim at the factors which influence income gap and intergenerational mobility, our government should pay more attention to basic education, especially, He should make larger investments in poor areas in universal primary and secondary education, raise enrolment in poor areas and increase social mobility, reform our education system and perfect personnel training and talents selection systems, then lay stress on the combination of practical and theoretical, and keep pace with the times, so we can educate students with kind spirit, ability and wisdom. At the same time, our government should speed up the reform of household registration system. Reduce or cancel the differences in the social welfare between people with different registered permanent residence. And our country should enhance urban-rural integration, furthermore, our country should take the advantage of rural geography and develop characteristic economy, so that we can improve income levels of rural residents and step up rural infrastructure construction and social security system. What’s more, our government should encourage young people to start a business and improve the system of loan, reduce the difficulty of application for venture capital fund and offer convenient loan channels for young. It can help to provide more opportunities of employment. It is also necessary to popularize proper social values and enhance building the regional culture, let the patriarchal concept out of our life, so that when faced with education and employment opportunity, female and male have the same right.
