University graduates are high-level talents, they are very special in employment groups. In today’s society, the difficulty of the employment of university graduates is increasingly outstanding. The employment viewpoints are related directly to the work of graduate employment project. The development of social economy, the issuing of government policies, and the implementation of university policies and so on, affects the employment viewpoints of university graduates. Especially in Xinjiang, there are large geographical area and ethnic minorities. Because of the unbalanced development in various fields, there exists social instability factors. So what’s the employment viewpoints of university graduates in Xinjiang, what’s the characteristics that affects the employment viewpoints of graduates, and how to solve these problems are all lacking systematic theoretical analysis and empirical study.This paper attempts to get a conclusion in Xinjiang of survey in2014, makes an theoretical analysis according to the impact factors on university graduates’ conception of employment. This paper includes4parts:The first part is introduction. It descripts the research background, research sense, and research methods of this paper, which explains the related concepts and theories of the employment viewpoints of graduates. The second part analyzes the survey data according to the survey of2014’s university graduates’employment viewpoints, and analyzes the present situation of university graduates’employment viewpoints according to the survey. The third part, from the influencing factors of university graduates’ employment viewpoints, analyzing the problem from four aspects of family, university, society and the graduates themselves. The fourth part proposes the method of solving the problem of university graduates’employment viewpoints according to the influencing factors of university graduates’employment viewpoints. A study on employment viewpoints of university graduates in Xinjiang area is to solve the employment problem of graduates, solving this problem has some local significance. To establish a correct concept of employment are better to help graduates. The status of graduate employment problem of Xinjiang region is undoubtedly caused by many factors, but in order to solving these problems, the most fundamental thing is to realize this problem from the graduates themselves firstly, students should reasonably positions themselves. In the job selection, reducing unrealistic ideas, to meet their needs for survival from the start, step by step, ultimately realize their own value.
