Since the enrollment of the college in1999,the scale of higher education isexpanding all along. More and more young people get the opportunity to receive highereducation, however, accompanied by a sustained and rapid development of highereducation, the issue of employment of college graduates has become increasinglyprominent, to some extent, it becomes one of the focal point of the community ofcommon concern. In addition, the outbreak of the2009global financial crisis caused arecession in developed countries, which leads to a decline of global employment, Chinais also impacted on the job market, graduates employment issues has become moreprominent in the tough employment environment.The employment of college graduates related to the reform and development ofhigher education, related to the implementation of this strategy, related to theconstruction of harmonious society in China, it is related to the fundamental interests ofthe integrated problem of the masses. In view of this, the problem of employment ofcollege graduates study has important significance both in theoretical and practicalrespects for the future of China’s sustained, stable and healthy development.First of all, the article analyzes the theoretical and practical significance of the topic,the situation on the domestic and foreign universities graduates’ employment issues weresummarized in detail, and has a preliminary introduction about the structural frameworkand the methodology. And then introduced the theory of employment, and provided thetheoretical support in building the system of employment of college graduates whichsuits China’s national conditions.Secondly, the article reviewed the reform process of China’s college graduatesemployment system, and then summarized the overall status of employment of collegegraduates, finally has a analysis about the status and the main problems of theemployment of college graduates in Hebei Province.Thirdly, by conducting a questionnaire survey to the previous graduates inShijiazhuang, Qinhuangdao and Baoding city, and analysed the affecting factors of theemployment issues of the college graduates in an analysis method called SPSS in Hebeiprovince. At last, it summarized the main factors affecting the successful employment ofcollege graduates, for the following proposed countermeasures provided. Finally, basing on the analysis of the previous survey, the article discussed theemployment patterns in other countries, and intended to put forward countermeasuresand suggestions to promote the employment of college graduates from the perspective ofgovernment, universities, society and graduates.
