| With the development of society and economy, the content of statistics and probabilityhas become the essential knowledge of a citizen. So the teaching and research of statisticsand probability in junior high school is a kind of inevitable. But now about the teachingand research of statistics and probability in junior high school, mostly involving is theimplementation of classroom teaching and research strategies. The teaching programs arerarely involved, that is how to design effective classroom teaching according tothe features of the content of statistics and probability. Therefore it is necessary toexplore and prepare classroom teaching statistics of statistics and probability in junior highschool, to design scientifically and effectively. Thus to solve some difficult problemsencountered of statistics and probability in junior high school teaching.This paper is divided into four parts. The first part is that introduces the researchstatus of statistics and probability in junior high school systematically by reading therelevant literature. The second part is to get some problems existed in the preparationthrough the analysis of the questionnaire. These problems are about teacher’s ability,knowledge and skills, professional quality and so on. The third part is using the analysis ofthe teaching situation of statistics and probability in junior high school, combined withthe specific case, puts forward the corresponding teaching preparation strategy accordingto the formulation of the teaching objectives, the grasp of "mathematics curriculumstandards" and the teaching content, the utilization of curriculum resources, analyzing thesituation of students, the choice of teaching methods, the writing of the teaching design andother aspects. The fourth part is discussing the case studies of two specific content about“using frequency to estimate probability†and “the median and modal number†using theapplication of the proposed classroom teaching strategy.Finally, in order to make teachers use the application of classroom teaching preparationstrategy of statistics and probability in junior high school better, we put forward somesuggestions for teacher. The suggestions are the master of the professional knowledge ofprobability and statistics, the application ability of information technology, theaccumulation of life information, the correct understanding of teaching preparation andother aspects related.
