At present, our government for college students employment difficult problem hasintroduced a number of policy measures to solve these public policy itself, but the timelag of policy decision implementation effect is sometimes not just as one wishes,college students employment difficult problem is still a problem, therefore, the authorfrom the government public policy point of view, taking Shenyang as an example,carries on the research analysis to the public the problem of college student employmentpolicy. Specifically, using "raise problems, analyze problems and solve problems" logicthinking method, through the literature analysis, comparative analysis and inductiveanalysis method, based on an overview of public policy and the employment ofuniversity students on the related theories, mainly taking Shenyang city as an example,analyzed the Shenyang college students employment of government public policy basicthe content, effect of implementation, the implementation of the existing main problemsand issues behind the causes; finally gives some suggestions to improve the collegestudents’ employment of government public policy.The main conclusion is: the problem of most college students do not want tograss-roots employment, two employment problems still exist in the currentemployment problem of college students in Shenyang City, appearing in the grass-rootsgraduates treatment problems, employment contradiction between supply and demandstill exists; from public policy perspective, the causes of these problems are mainly thepolicy covers a wide range, the lack of unified planning, policy enforcement is notenough, the policy support system is not perfect, the policy propaganda. Faced withthese problems, the need to take active measures to solve, a science to make publicpolicy in view of the problem of employment of university students, and strengthen themonitoring and implementation; at the same time to improve the support of thegovernment, to ensure system integrity; strengthen government propaganda,communication and other aspects to ensure the solution and improvement.
