In recent years,many colleges and universities in our country,the enrollment scale unceasingly expands,each university's employment pressure increases year by year.The contradiction between supply and demand in the employment market is outstanding,and the employment of college graduates has aroused wide attention.Jiaxing City,as one of the more concentrated and population density cities,is facing the severe employment of college graduates.From the beginning of 2009,Jiaxing Municipal government issued a series of college graduates for employment policy to ease the employment pressure,the introduction and implementation of these policies,for the promotion of Jiaxing City college graduates employment to the positive role.However,there are still some problems in the employment policy of college graduates in Jiaxing,which affect the effectiveness of the policy implementation,and there are still some gaps between the policy objectives and the policy objectives.Therefore,the in-depth analysis of the employment policy of college graduates,to promote the employment of college graduates in Jiaxing has a positive significance.The Jiaxing City college graduates employment policy as the object of study,the relevant literature finishing,to western theories of employment,public policy analysis theory on the basic side,from JiaxingCity college graduates employment policy evolution,college graduates employment policy content and service system and college graduates employment policy implementation effect analysis in recent years,Jiaxing City college graduates employment policy,employment situation and employment policy implementation effect.Although the employment situation in Jiaxing remains stable,the adjustment function of the employment policy has become more and more important,but the employment situation still very grim,still need to continue to improve.Through questionnaires,interviews and other methods,analysis influence employment policy implementation effect factors,summarize the shortages existing in the existing policy: policy itself is flawed;propaganda policy is not in place and the lack of supervision mechanism affect the implementation of the results;changes in the policy environment affecting policy implementation effect.On the basis of drawing lessons from domestic and foreign experience,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve the employment policy of the university graduates in Jiaxing: scientific formulation of employment policy;improve the implementation mechanism of the employment policy;establish policy evaluation system.
