Possessing good Professional accomplishment is one of the targets to realize thecultivation of masters of full-time education. Professional attitude plays a baton andregulator role in forming their occupation accomplishment and it has a directrelationship with the development of masters of full-time education.In this essay, there are three narrations in cultivating prospective teachers’professional attitude. They are the formulating about professional cognition, thebreeding about professional emotion and the reflecting about professional behavior.Professional cognition is the basis of professional attitude and it relates to “Being ateacher is suitable or not suitable for me”. Cognition formation is a process ofself-knowledge of prospective teachers. Professional emotion is the core ofprofessional attitude, it relates to “I like or dislike being a teacher”. Emotion breedingis a process of introspection. Professional behavior is a reflection of professionalattitudes. Behavior changing is to realize the unification.Presenting narration of prospective teachers experience during their periods ofmaster studying, apprenticeship and internship is not only the process of encouragingself-reflection for masters of full-time education but also that of arousing empathy andresonant and self-reflecting for researchers. This essay mainly discusses the formingprocess and the forming mechanism of the prospective teachers’ professional attitudeand according to this, the author draws a conclusion on the influences of three kindsof teachers experience; they are helpful to form the cognition on a good teacher, toexperience the glamour on a good teacher, to boost the beliefs and attitude of being agood teacher. On this basis, the researcher puts forward to some suggestions, they arethe teacher educators can form a curriculum based on their abundant teachingexperience, the college can hold a workshop named recalling the teacher who is greatly indebted or the memorable education experience and the summing-upmeetings about prospective teachers can be implemented. By doing so, it aims atexploring more targeted strategies and paths in cultivating more excellent teachers fornormal education.
