As the characteristic part of the Full-Time Professional Master’s Degree Education(FPMDE), the professional practice process is a key part to cultivate students’ ability of applying theory in practice, and is a breakthrough to achieve its educational objectives of the FPMDE as well.Ultimately the purpose of education is to promote the development of students. More attention should be paid to the subjective of FPMDE in order to improve the effect of the professional practice, understand and respect students’ expectations, give full play to the students’ subjective initiative. Based on the points above, this study tries to discuss the following questions:(1)What are the students’ main concerns in the professional practice process;(2)What are the problems in the professional practice from the viewpoint of students;(3)What are the reasons behind the problems, How to solve the problems in the professional practice process.Sixteen full-time professional master graduates from H University are selected as interview objects in this study. The students’ main concerns in the professional practice process are explored by the qualitative analysis on the interview content according to the grounded theory, which leads to the formation of the analysis framework in this study. Analyze the major problems existing in professional practice from the perspective of students, give preliminary discussion to the reasons behind the existing problems, put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on reforming and improving the professional practice.Firstly, NVivo8.0 qualitative analysis software is used to analyze the interview data, students’ main focus dimensions in the professional practice are obtained as followed:(1)Mentor function;(2) The function of intramural curriculum and teaching in professional practice;(3)Professional practice management;(4)The related condition of the professional practice unit;(5)The working content in professional practice;(6)Professional practice effect.Secondly, by the aid of the in-depth analysis on the interview data, find the existing problems in the professional practice process and discuss the reasons on the aspects of the mentor, the intramural curriculum, professional practice management, related condition of the practice unit, the working content of professional practice from the students’ perspective.Finally, based on the analysis and research above, put forward the suggestions on the reform of professional practice process and related educational activities from the aspects of the construction and management of teaching staff, practice related course and teaching in university, the professional practice process management and so on.
