The training goal of the full-time Master of education from primary and secondary school teachers training, education management talents, extended to medium occupation technology education and teaching management, to meet the needs of social development, put forward new requirements on the quality of our full-time Master of education personnel training.In order to cultivate the ability and quality of the full-time Master of education has fully demonstrated its"occupation" features occupy its own advantages in employment, it needs to know the status of full-time Master of education and improve the quality of teachers' quality.The full text is divided into five parts:The first part is introduction. It mainly includes the study background, purpose and significance of the research,the definition of the concept, the related research,the main research contents, research methods and ideas, research characteristic and innovation. The purpose is to do this study,how to study some basic problems of analysis and discussion, in order to clear the contents of the study, method and path.The second part is the theoretical analysis of the quality of full-time Master of Education.The first is the values and interests of higher education quality theory embodiment and application in this study; second is the specific requirements of the full-time Master of education teachers quality is expounded, including: the occupation and level of literacy,knowledge and skill level, practice and development level; the last is the full-time Master of education to improve the quality of teachers.The third part is the analysis of the four universities of Liaoning Province, full-time Master of education teachers' quality status questionnaire. The questionnaire survey includes 3 first grade indexes, 5 level two indexes, 14 level three indexes of reliability and validity. The questionnaire from the two aspects of teachers and students a comprehensive analysis of the current situation, the quality of the four universities of Liaoning Province, full-time Master of education of teachers and the existing problems,finally put forward reasonable suggestions and thoughts on countermeasures to improve the quality of teachers.The fourth part is the description of the problem of existence and attribution analysis of full-time education master teachers' quality status. Mainly from the training institutions,teachers, analyze the three levels of students.The fifth part is the countermeasures to enhance the quality of teachers, full-time Master of education. The first is to enhance the overall quality of full-time education master teacher recommendations, followed by teachers' quality the promotion, finally is tutor to improve quality.
