Research On Construction Mode Of University Accounting Informatization Based On Cloud Computing

The21st Century is an information era relying on networks, in whichinformation technologies develop rapidly and be widely used. Cloud computing is anInternet-based super-computing model combining all hardware and software together.In Gartner’s reports for IT industry,cloud computing has been named as one of themost disruptive strategic technologies for four consecutive years which has a long anddeep influence on multiple industries. Universities, as important organizations fortalent training, it must to be done to improve management level, especially build anaccounting information system based on cloud-computing, for enhance their owncompetitiveness. Under such background, the author proposes to build universityaccounting information mode based on cloud-computing.Without enough attention and support, accounting information degree fallsbehind enterprise for public welfare of universities. Most of universities directly buyaccounting information system from software suppliers,and that lead to badpertinence,lagging communicated with the outside and inefficient informationprocessing. On the other hand, due to the lack of unified data interface betweenthe accounting information system and departments’ information systems, there arelots of miscellaneous data and the information islands exist for a long time. Based onthese reasons,by looking up the relevant documents,reviewing the developmenthistory of university accounting information system,pointing out current situationsand analyzing problems under cloud computing theories,the paper has coming up withuniversity accounting information building mode based on cloud computing. Thereare three kinds of cloud computing services-IaaS (infrastructure as a service) mode,SaaS (software as a service) mode,and PaaS (Platform as a Service) mode. Theuniversity can choose service mode which suits their development needs. Afterchoosing a required service mode,it is time to select network design program. Qualityof cloud computing service depends on transmission quality of network,only high-speed and secure network transmission environment can accelerate thepromotion of cloud computing in all walks of life. According to different transmissionmodes,you can select the Internet,self-built networks and virtual private networks.Cloud computing is based on a virtual private network. To meet university accountinginformation management needs,it is important to select an overall build planreasonably,promote and improve the development of cloud computingcomprehensively in order that cloud computing is steady and quickly gainedpopularity and use.Through research,preliminary results obtained in the following ways:(1) throughviewing the "University Financial System" and analyzing the demands of universityaccounting information management,some references provided for constructinguniversity accounting information cloud mode; and (2) from the university accountinginformation architecture selection scheme based on cloud computing,network design,build mechanism point of view,university accounting information mode is put forwardupon the basic operation mechanism of cloud computing; and (3) we collect existingproblems of cloud computing in collage accounting informatization promotion asmuch as possible,and then propose the countermeasures. The innovation of this paperis:(1) apply the emerging cloud computing technology to build college accountinginformatization fields; and (2) give out opinions about university accountinginformatization mode construction.It is an inevitable choice of market economy in the background of advocatinglow carbon economy,green GDP,and sustainable development of IT technology andsustainable development of green accounting information system all over the world.Because of its low energy consumption and high energy saving mode,cloudcomputing will be promoted certainly, and cloud mode will speed up the informationconstruction in colleges and universities and improve their competitiveness worldly.
