| Implementation of the special post teacher program,Guide and encourage college graduates to work at the grassroots level,Not only can we directly improve the quality of rural compulsory education,but also effectively guide the employment of college students."Special post Teacher" is a special group of teachers,Most of the young female teachers who are new to the job,Not enough contact with society,Once graduated,I will be assigned to a mountain village or village where conditions are difficult,Less contact with the outside world,There are many inconveniences in life and work.For its own development,it faces many problems and confusions.Therefore,studying the professional development of special post teachers is a necessary guarantee for the smooth progress of the "special post teacher program".Based on the existing research results,this study is based on taking the special post teachers(two junior high school teachers and one elementary school teacher)in the rural compulsory education stage as the research object,The narrative research method is mainly used,combined with a large amount of literature materials,and three specific special post teachers are tracked through interviews and observations.Record stories,dictation,on-site observations,and reflections on their work and life,Analyze the important periods and typical events in the work and life of the special post teachers.From the aspects of the consciousness,mode,status quo and problems of the professional development of the special post teachers,it is found that:Special post teachers have a strong sense of professional development;The professional development path is extremely limited,mainly relying on self-learning;The need for class management ability and the improvement of educational teaching practice ability is the most urgent;The special post teachers who have just been employed are in a difficult situation and their work enthusiasm is not high,which is extremely daunting for future development.This study studies and summarizes the professional development status of special post teachers.From enhancing self-adjustment and development awareness,Focus on learning and reflection,Learn to do research and other aspects and rational distribution,Establish a "teacher’s system" to help,Strengthening the level of humanities and other school levels and improving the effectiveness of pre-job training,paying attention to the survival status of special-skilled teachers,etc.,at the three levels of special-level program,make recommendations on the professional development of special post teachers. |
