With the advancement of teacher education reform, thecontacts between higher education and basic education, collegeand basic education are becoming more and more closely. Theimplementation of replace post-internship complies with thedevelopment trend of the teacher education, which conveys thevaluable teaching resources and experiences to rural primary andsecondary schools and provides precious practical opportunities fornormal students, and achieves a win-win situation. How to findproblems and improve our work are those that we need to studyfurther, which both have theoretical significance and practicalsignificance.This article selects five schools in Shanxi Province as samples,using literature method, questionnaire method, interview methodand policy analysis methods to consummate the management ofreplace post-internship. A lot of problems exist in replacepost-internship, such as safety management, teaching management,learning time of students and self improvement, mainly by the Policyoversight of the administrative departments of education,insufficient management of colleges and universities, chaotic management responsibility of practice school and weak Selfmanagement ability of normal students. In order to better regulatethe management work of replace-post internship normal students,four aspects need to be implemented: to clarify the responsibilitiesof education administrative department and practice school, tostrengthen the enforcement of Colleges and universities and toimprove the self-control ability of college students, which isconducive to the development of replace-post internship andteachers’ specialization.
