Culture is the nationfs blood and soul, through the ages, thestrength of a country and nation is always supported by culturalprosperity, Chinese excellent traditional culture with the deepspiritual pursuit of the Chinese nation, is our most profound culturalsoft power. Wushu still Kas strong vitality over one thousand ago, itsimportant reason is that with the great spirit of the excellent culture,as a unique sports in school sports teaching, Wushu can’t be matchedby any other sports, however,with the continuous development of era,the Wushu education generally in primary and middle schoolssituation is not optimistic. This study is based on the status quo ofstudy of martial arts education of primary and secondary schools inSharixi Province to develop the idea of the horizon, I hope martial artseducation development strategy research through the ShanxiProvince, in order to promote the all-round development of primaryand secondary schools in shanxi martial arts. Using the method of documentary, expert interview,questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics and otherresearch methods, this study is about34primary and secondaryschools in Shanxi Province as the investigation points, such ascounty director of education leadership and school as the object ofinterview for five dimensions: physical education teachers, studentsfrom Wushu education mode of transmission, Wushu educationconcept, education system, education resources and educationguarantee, and based on the perspective of communicationdevelopment to analyze the Wushu education of primary andsecondary schools in Shanxi Province in order to achieve the Wushueducation of primary and secondary schools in Shanxi Province todevelop strategic thinking.Research results: the situation of Wushu class is not optimisticin primary and secondary schools in Shanxi, there are76.9%ofteachers generally believed that the school did not carry out Wusuclass; teachers generally believed that the Wushu education ofprimary and secondary schools to cultivate the students’ Wushucognitive concept. Among them,96.7%of the teachers thought thatlearning Wushu can promote the traditional culture,90.2%of theteachers thought learning Wushu has a function to keep strong body,73.6%of the teachers thought traditional atmosphere conducive tothe development of martial arts class, but at the same time, most ofthe teachers thought that they lack of martial arts education funding.Education system is imperfect and the shortage of martial artsteaching series factors in a certain extent influence the development of the martial arts of primary and secondary schools. Wushu trainsthe spirit, improve the people’s physical fitness and improve thepeople’s physical fitness development goals in cultivate and promotethe Chinese nation traditional culture as the goal of development atpresent. The research is on the basis of analyzing the presentdevelopment of Wushu education in primary and secondary schools inShanxi Province in the perspective of communication studies toanalysis the influence factors, which restrict the development of themartial arts of primary and secondary schools in Shanxi Provinceafter spreading way and the related association between eachdimension influence analysis. It is concluded that: Wushu educationteacher unbalanced and Wushu dissemination environment,government supports efforts to spread, the spread of the content andthe Wushu dissemination system is the main factor that restricts thedevelopment of Wushu education in Shanxi Province based on theabove findings, put forward the view of communication Wushueducation of primary and secondary schools in Shanxi Provincedevelopment strategy under the specific development goals and thebasis.Based on the perspective of communication problems in Wushueducation of primary and secondary schools in Shanxi Province, putsforward the following development strategy: firstly, social media toexpand the extension of regional Wushu education spread betweendegrees. Secondly, system construction of provincial sports meetingas the core of martial arts competition transmission system. Thirdly,the reasonable construction of media "agenda setting" function.Fourthly, according to student’s body and mind development needs, choose the contents of Wushu dissemination. Fifthly, strengthengovernment’s support for the spread of Wushu education of primaryand secondary schools.
