However, as the IT being developed and customer's behavior being mature, traditional immigration agents are challenged for its low efficiency and limited portfolios, etc. From the agent's end, if she expects to step out from the trouble zone, it is mandatory for her to have a thorough review of her current process and make improvements accordingly to meet the needs of market.WS Company, one of the first and used to be the largest authorized agents running oversea education consulting business in Liaoning Province enjoys a good reputation and has big influences in the market. However, with internet spreading to every corner of our lives, WS is facing big challenges with market share shrinking and revenue decline year by year. In this context, the paper takes WS Company as the research subject and supposed to provide a feasible improvement plan to help her or even the whole industry to escape from the dilemma.To start with, the paper gives a brief introduction of the oversea education consulting industry and the environment that WS involves in. By analyzing the data collected from the customer satisfaction survey and employees' feedbacks, several elements such as the long and complex process, the inefficient information sharing module and low working efficiency are thought to account for the enterprise's recent poor performance. To explore further of the primary reasons, this paper has a deeper analysis of the agent's process by leveraging the tool of ASME and then give out the improvement plans by applying the theory of ESIA into practice. At the end of the article, five suggestions are listed to ensure the healthy implement of the optimization.
