Cloud Services Research On Social Educational Resources

Resource sharing has been a vital problem in the process of social information construction. During the long time span during the process of resource construction and development, some problems exist:the lack of construction standards has make it hard to expand resources elastically, produce difficulties in resource sharing and do not support individuation in education. New information technologies are inseparable in the construction of social educational resources sharing and service building, and among which cloud computing plays a very important role in the new generation of information technologies evolution and provides a scientific reference for social educational resources sharing. It will become a hot trend to discuss the application of cloud service in the area of social educational resources sharing.Based on a series of researching process, from defining the concept of social educational resources service over cloud to designing a cloud platform, this paper seeks to achieve the effectiveness in sharing and developing social educational resources to provide theoretical guidance and technical approach for the development of social educational resources service over cloud. This paper has done the following research:(1)A brief analysis of relevant back ground:It includes collecting technical information, documentation and doing casing studies for social educational institutions both at home and abroad, and summarized the results of the definition, analysis and service models in social educational resources service.(2)A survey in users’ demand:Analyze by questionnaires and summarize users’ awareness, users’ demand and the issues to consider in the implementation of social educational resources over cloud service.(3)A quality evaluation system:By analyzing the typical educational information service evaluation system at home and abroad, referring to "IT Service Quality Evaluation System" and combining with the own characteristics of social education, this paper set up a quality evaluation system for social educational resources service over cloud with the Analytic Hierarchy Process. This system could provide theoretical guidance for future research work of social educational service over cloud.(4)A design of cloud service platform:take the broadly used case of educational resources management for example, this paper makes detailed system design for social educational over cloud services. The main work includes the design of structure, module and database, etc. This paper chooses Google App Engine to build social educational cloud platform, which achieves a platform management, resource management, and platform interactive features, etc. The design is useful for data storage, retrieval and management and is rather efficient in updating, sharing and pushing resources to provide an effective technical way for carrying out educational services over cloud.
