Chinese And English Present Teaching Situation Comparative Study

Nowadays, Chinese learning is more and more popular in the world. Thailand is the first country to have the Chinese course in southeast Asia and has the largest of the Confucius institute in the process of Chinese language promotion. I had the privilege of expatriate volunteer on a one-year teaching in Thailand. I hope I can make some investigation and research during the period of teaching Chinese language.In this paper, by means of observation and investigation and analysis, the region makes an investigation on Chinese language teaching and research. Compared with pure Chinese teaching investigation this paper will research the scope of the restricted by comparing with the English teaching field of vision. Compared to English teaching, Chinese language teaching mainly exist the following problems:a, teaching outline is not clear; Second, the lack of effective classroom teaching management; Three, lack of local teachers and foreign teachers unstable; Four, shortage of teaching material and teaching Chinese lack of continuity; Five, the students learning attitude is not positive. To solve these problems, the author puts forward a, easing restrictions, clear teaching outline; Second, strengthen teaching management;3, support and develop local teachers training, strengthen the skills of Chinese volunteers; Four, and the choice of scientific system of Chinese textbooks; Five, truly Chinese elective course setting, students interest to choose to learn Chinese.Widely the scope of the investigation, the results of the study is mainly for better development of the cause of Thai Chinese education to provide necessary data for reference. Due to limited capacity, based on the related research theory is weak. In the following study, the author will do more study and research in this aspect.
