It has a lot of pictures with all kinds of types in history textbook, includes history photograph ﹑ artwork and historical relic. Picture is one kind of historical data with lots of curriculum resources value, especially history photograph.Picture-problem. The pictures in the textbook exist counterfeits, defects and errors.Picture-editing. Some pictures of the textbook, such as signing and sealing of the treaty of Nanjing,the responsibility of officer and people,Lin-zexu(1785-1850),had been edited. Unreasonable clips of the pictures,which leads to the picture information is incomplete and the point is not outstanding,is not conductive to history teaching.Picture-using. Choosing photos should be focused on the historical facts, and should master the inside and outside information of the photos. We would deal with relationship between pictures and captions well. We need to pay attention to the amount and quality of the pictures when arranging pictures in pairs.Picture- explainning. the teachers’ book only explain 11 pictures of the text book,with the problems such as errors, briefly,For textbook picture captions, firstly,there are errors;Secondly,it is lack of history awareness;Thirdly,picture-explaining system has vulnerabilities;The fourth,it is too simple.Firstly, textual every picture strongly; Secondly, explain one picture with two ways; Thirdly, establish a normative description model.
