By observing the current situation, the author finds a series problems which is related to tutorial education outside primary and middle school in nanchang. From the side of teachers working in tutorial agency, it has so many problems such as poor teacher resources, low salary and teaching with no certification.Starting from the agencies themselves, there are so many questions such as no one to supervise the phenomemon which the tuitor agencies have no certification,false advertising,strong and vicious market competition.
