The quality of talent training has always been a focus of concern for all sectors of society.The tutorial system for undergraduates originated in England in the 14 th century and was introduced into China in modern times.It is the complement and perfection of credit system.Its implementation makes students get the training of teaching according to their aptitude,deepens the education reform,and makes the undergraduate education have a significant improvement in all aspects.At present,many colleges and universities in our country have implemented the tutorial system for undergraduates.Although some achievements have been made,there are still some problems.Due to different majors,the tutorial system for undergraduates developed by many schools is not suitable for all majors.This makes the advantages of undergraduate tutorial system not fully reflected.The research takes the current situation of the implementation of the tutorial system for undergraduates majoring in Physical Education in Xinyang Normal University as the object.And in-depth exploration,to find out the problems in the implementation of the status quo and analysis,to find solutions.In order to improve the implementation of the tutorial system for undergraduates majoring in Physical Education in Xinyang Normal University.It can provide some theoretical and practical reference for the development and reform of undergraduate tutorial system of physical education major in China's physical education institutions or China's normal universities.In terms of research methods,literature,questionnaire,interview,mathematical statistics and logical analysis are used.This paper analyzes the reasons that affect and hinder the development of the tutorial system of the undergraduates majoring in Physical Education in Xinyang Normal University,and finds the ways to solve the problems.The results show that:The development of the tutorial system for undergraduates majoring in Physical Education in Xinyang Normal University has achieved certain results.For example,the tutorial system for undergraduates majoring in physical education is generally accepted by the instructors and students of physical education.The students think that they can learn a lot from the tutorial system for undergraduates majoring in Physical Education,and the instructors have a clear understanding of their own responsibilities.But there are still some areas to improve.For example,students know little about the rights and obligations of students stipulated in the tutorial system for undergraduates majoring in physical education.In the selection of tutors,most of them are arranged by the college,and they are not teachers in students' special field.The number of tutors is too large.The research shows that the main factors that affect the implementation and effect of the tutorial system for undergraduates majoring in Physical Education in Xinyang Normal University are the lack of publicity on the tutorial system for undergraduates majoring in Physical Education in the University,the lack of tutors in the University,the failure of the college to abide by the regulations of two-way selection,and the imperfection of the supervision,evaluation and incentive system in the tutorial system.Therefore,in order to promote the development of the tutorial system for undergraduates majoring in Physical Education in Xinyang Normal University.First of all,the college should pay more attention to the tutorial system for undergraduates majoring in physical education.Secondly,regular training should be carried out for the tutors of undergraduates majoring in physical education.Third,select and hire tutor assistant for undergraduates majoring in physical education.Fourth,strictly abide by the two-way choice between teachers and students.Fifth,strengthen the supervision of the tutorial system for undergraduates majoring in physical education.Sixth,improve the evaluation and incentive mechanism of the tutorial system for undergraduates majoring in physical education.Seventh,improve the tutorial system for undergraduates majoring in physical education.
