Young teachers bear the future and hope of higher education in our country,and their professional quality has a direct influence on the quality of higher education.Due to this,young college teachers are more prone to great pressure,so the training and education of these teachers should be strengthened.Besides,more attention should be paid to them.They have to face specific pressure in many aspects,mainly including teaching and research.Meanwhile,they also face problems like title evaluation and promotion under special circumstances.What's more,young teachers are also bothered by many personal factors,to be specific,like problems of when to get married and to have children.These problems,once happening,will certainly increase the pressure on young teachers in colleges and universities.If the teachers cannot adjust to the pressure in time,their physical and psychological health will be harmed,which would impede the construction of teacher team,and even the cultivation of high educational talent.In this paper,targeting at the occupational pressure of young teachers in higher vocational colleges,the author makes an evaluation of the pressure by the methods of questionnaire and interview.Then,relevant intervention strategies are obtained after analysis.When evaluating on the occupational pressure of China's young teachers in higher vocational colleges,the author makes an analysis of their existing pressure,as well as the specific definition and phenomena,putting forward relevant solutions.There also existing many problems in the paper,including few research fruits,lacking of researches with solid evidences,unsystematic and incomprehensive analysis on why occupational pressure emerges,generalization of research conclusions,poor operability of adjustment strategies,and so on.In this paper,targeting at young teachers in L higher vocational college in Jiangxi province,the author understands where the pressure of these teachers come from by analyzing the questionnaires and interviews.Then,researches on intervention strategies to ease occupational pressure are enriched by analyzing the pressure young teachers in colleges and universities face.
