This study takes young teachers in Nanchang Vocational College as the research object,carries out investigation through questionnaire survey and interview,and analyzes the status quo and reasons of young teachers' occupational well-being in Nanchang Vocational College by SPSS software.This study uses the "vocational college young teachers' occupational well-being questionnaire" to survey young teachers in some vocational colleges in Nanchang.The statistical analysis of the data shows that: 1)The overall professional well-being of young teachers in Nanchang vocational colleges is general.2)In each dimension,teachers' evaluation,interpersonal relationship,value realization,school management,growth platform,working environment and atmosphere,work pressure,wages and salaries are ranked from high to low according to the average score.Among them,the average scores of teachers' evaluation,interpersonal relationship,value realization,school management,growth platform,working environment and atmosphere are higher than the general value,while the average scores of work pressure and wages are lower than the general value,and no one of them is equal to or higher than the better value.3)In terms of demographic variables,there are significant differences in three dimensions of interpersonal relationship,school management and job stress among young teachers of different genders in Nanchang higher vocational colleges.There are significant differences in all dimensions of occupational well-being and total scores of occupational well-being among young teachers of different ages in Higher Vocational colleges,and there are significant differences in different educational backgrounds and vocational colleges.Young teachers have significant differences in the total score of occupational well-being and the dimensions of working environment,atmosphere and salary.Young teachers of different teaching ages in Nanchang have significant differences only in the dimension of work stress.Young teachers of different working posts have different dimensions of occupational well-being besides work stress and occupation.There are significant differences in total scores of well-being.Young teachers with different monthly salaries have significant differences in working environment,atmosphere and salary.Finally,this study combines questionnaires and interviews to analyze the reasons for the low professional well-being of young teachers in Nanchang Vocational Colleges,and accordingly puts forward countermeasures to enhance the professional well-being of young teachers in Nanchang Vocational Colleges: First,schools should establish a scientific management concept for the Young Vocational College students.Second,we should actively implement relevant national policies and advocate an atmosphere of respecting teachers and attaching importance to teaching.Third,we should establish scientific ideals and beliefs and enhance self-perception of young teachers.The ability to be happy.
