"If young teachers quality are high, education's level is high. If the education's level is high, the nation is prosperous." This request is to reform education and develop the teacher's team. To enforce and develop the teacher's team is important to raise all teachers' qualities, and is also the fundamental of reforming and developing the education. The primary task of assuring education to develop continuously, and perpetually is the theme of educational work.The young teachers are principal force of educational work in 21st century. They are not only the future of schools, but also the vanguards of carrying out educational reformation in new periods. They play very important roles. If we pay much attention on the important of improvement of them, we must be able to master the peak of education and we will make success.
